When Pumpkins Fly by Margaret Lawrence

This is a cute tale of how children in remote areas get their pumpkins and celebrate Halloween.

Inhabit media and Edelweiss let me read this book for review (thank you).  It will be published on September 8th.

The illustrations are lovely.  It's amazing what happens to the pumpkin in the extreme cold.  You even learn a couple of new words.  This would make a wonderful Halloween gift!  Just be sure you explain the spirits away...
