A woman has been murdered and they have a suspect.  It's the trial that becomes interesting...

Grand Central Publishing sent me an ARC of this book to read for review (thank you).  The book will be published May 17th.

This book is compelling.  It takes you from when everyone was young to them in adulthood.  You hear arguments from both sides with the judge blocking some testimony (rightfully).  When the jury has heard everything, they vote for a verdict.

The verdict was a surprise to me and the final explanation was a shocker.  This one may stick in your head for a while...
