In a land below our own, there is another world. There, skin color matters not. You are recognized by the color of your aura. Different colors have different personalities. They have a home for orphans and when you turn fourteen, you are deemed an adult and sent out to make your own way. Ethan is a Green and the last of his kind. He goes out in search of any green survivors...
Mr. Michaan sent me a copy of this book to read for review (thank you). It will be published February 20th.
There was an awful war before he was born that wiped out the Green. He's hopeful that maybe there might be a few that hid well enough to survive. So he heads out to the city. It's a war zone. There are big holes in the walls protecting the city. He finds one friendly family and stays a bit with them. He doesn't realize the Queen that destroyed the city is looking for him.
He's in grave danger. Her men are searching for him and she's offered a reward to anyone who turns him in. With so many after him he's going to get caught.
What she does to him is awful and his friends are going to have to help him recover.
The next story in this series should be even more exciting!
