Crime of the Ancient Marinara by Stephanie Cole

Nell Valenti is going to create a cooking school in Tuscan.  She has her plans but she didn't add in the personalities...

Berkley and Edelweiss let me read this book for review (thank you).  It will be published January 26th.

The chef is old and a bit odd but he still cooks beautifully.  Everyone is participating and looking forward to learning about his secret sauce.

They are only here for a number of days, so the cooking lessons are many.  They go out to the woods to pick mushrooms.  They are shown the Death Cap poisonous mushroom and told not to even touch.

When one of the party gets real sick and dies, they are shocked to find out it was the fatal mushroom which killed him.  Who from their group would have done that?

Nell plays detective and goes through several suspects.  She finally knows she found the right one.  Will she be able to apprehend the killer?
