This is a classic tale told in graphic style. It's great fun to read it like this. You see all the faces and reactions.
Diamond Books and Edelweiss let me read this book for review (thank you). It has been published and you can get a copy now.
This is an easy way to let your child read a classic story.
Anne is adopted from an orphanage but the folks who adopted wanted a boy for chores. Despite the mix up, they decide to keep Anne. Anne has a wonderful imagination. She's a redhead with freckles which causes some trouble along the way.
Anne is a strong person and she has a temper. That temper gets her in trouble. She has to learn to apologize. But the woman who adopted her had a few things to learn, too.
It doesn't take too long to read and it's entertaining. I enjoyed the read.
