This book is fun to read! Your children will love it, whether they can read it or you read it to them.
Sienna is half-human and half-fairy. She wants to go to cowgirl camp. She loves being a cowgirl. Instead, her mother sends her to fairy camp...
Blue Whale Press and Edelweiss allowed me to read this book for review (thank you). It will be published May 31st.
She refuses to wear pink, refuses to go to fairy size and sets off on her own quest. She's going to make it rain in Texas. She's got a hard road ahead of her. It doesn't rain in Texas a lot. When she lassos some clouds and brings them back, the rain never touches the ground and the clouds disappear.
Then she finds another fairy that wears boots. She's her neighbor and they work together trying to make it rain. No luck.
She finds herself having to apologize for being rude to one of the fairies. The fairy accepts her apology and then helps her on her quest.
Do they manage to bring rain to Texas? You'll have to read the book to see...
