Settling Scores: Sporting Mysteries by Martin Edwards

Murder is just one way to settle an argument.  It takes detectives to find all the facts in the arguments.

Poisoned pen Press and Edelweiss let me read this anthology for review (thank you).  It will be purchased on July 2nd.

I enjoyed reading about Mr. Quarles and, an old favorite of mine, Mr. Fortune.  They are very good at weeding out the truth.

None of these stories were bad.  All  of them were interesting.  One man rowed himself to death.  One player was kidnapped.  You never know what the next story will bring.

They play all kinds of sports.  These are classic tales so it takes brain power to solve the crime.

If you like sports or just like a good mystery, these stories will work for you.
