Mrs Bibi has a pet elephant and takes it on a walk each day. It's big but it stays in the house with her. The children love to play with it but it's a traffic hazard and other people think she should get rid of it. People don't need pets.
Flying Eye Books and Edelweiss let me read this book for review (thank you). It will be published April 7th.
When she's told she must get rid of the elephant, they find neither her or her elephant around. They also find there are no more smiles or laughter. People begin bringing home pets. Some even bring home elephants. Life begins to seem like normal again. But will Mrs Bibi and her elephant ever return home?
