Random House Childen's Books sent me a copy of this book for review (thank you). It was published in September, so you can grab a copy now. This whole series is great fun for those young ones in the 8-12 age group. If they are like me, they will want to read the whole series.
Where they live doesn't get much snow, but Emmy wants some and says she can feel it coming. When they wake up on Christmas morning, the snow is there but Emmy isn't. Emmy is an endearing dragon who means well, but she's still young and doesn't always make the right choices. This choice could result in the end of dragons...
Imagine meeting Santa and his elves! Once you get over being mesmerized by Santa and his spells you see the elves are trolls and Santa himself is a huge viking who is determined to get his way.
There's magic, lots of action and plenty of excitement in this story. This book would make a great Christmas present.
