Are you afraid of demons? Then don't read this book!
The storyline is gripping and I was totally surprised at the ending. Normally I have an idea of where a book is going, but not this time...
Nick and his brother, Alan, are always on the run. Magicians use demons to do their dirty work, and they have already killed the boy's father. Their mother is now crazy. So they do the best they can, and keep on the move so they aren't marked and claimed by some magician.
Alan is Nick's partner and he trusts him totally. But then Nick begins to think that Alan isn't always telling him the truth about things and that shakes him totally. What if his life as he knows it isn't really how it is?
You'll have get a copy of this book and read it to see how it all turns out. This is for young adults, but it's some scary stuff, so be aware of that.
If you'd like my advance reader's copy, just leave a comment here on my blog and then email me at info@bookfaerie.com to tell me why you'd like to win the book.
Happy reading!

Are you serious, you have an ARC of the book you would part with? Sorry, I'm just something of a crazy fan of hers trying to get a copy.
I want an ARC so badly I have been entering every ARC giveaway I can find. <33333
I would love to have this one. I once had the honor of betaing for Sarah when she was still writing HP fanfic. I love her dearly, and as excited as I would be normally about this book and all the buzz it's getting, it means so much more to me because it's by a friend.
Also, I *know* exactly how brilliant and talented and fabulous she is (as do we all in fandom). So I know how much I will enjoy this book, and I AM SO COMPLETELY EXCITED.
The end. :)
Yes, I give away my ARC's that I review. I love to read and want to encourage others to read, as well as help the authors sell more books.
The world needs more readers!
There would be no end to my happiness if I were to get an ARC of Demon's Lexicon. I have been following Sarah Rees Brennan for about 4 years now and can't wait to get my hands on her published stuff.
I'm looking forward to this book so much, and it would just be amazing to get an ARC!
I've been a huge fan of Sarah's work for years now. Ever since I found her fanfiction, I've read pretty much everything by her I could find. I can't wait to go and buy her book this June, no matter what, but it would be nice to have an ARC to tide me over! :)
I, unlike any of the other people commenting on this blog, do not know Sarah Brennan. I vaguely knew of her, in passing comments about her book, but otherwise...
Regardless, this is the first book in a long time that has seriously caught my attention. It's exactly the kind of genre (if you can categorise it so easily) that I enjoy reading. Plus, I've not been reading nearly half as much as I should have this year.
Whether or not I win the ARC, I'll still get it once it's released.
Commenting here and then sending you an email!!!!
Found this via bookshop, and am entering for pretty much the exact same reason - been wanting to read The Demon's Lexicon for ages now and have entered every giveaway for it do far - with no luck :(
It was Sarah's fanfics that got me hooked on her writings and her LJ is incredibly entertaining to follow. Did design her LJ layout but that's pretty much it.
Am incredibly excited about reading her orginal fics since her writing just clicks - so dropping you an email :)
Hi!
I think it is fabulous that you are doing this, though like some of the others, I am amazed that you would be willing to give your copy away. However, since you are, I would love a chance to win it. Sarah Rees Brennan is currently my favorite writer of all time, and her book isn't even published yet.
Thanks so much for doing this!
Oh you poor thing, you're going to be swamped. *promptly hops on bandwagon*
Add me to the list of people desperately longing for a copy. will be emailing you momentarily.
Ahghghgh I totally need one. So! *emails you*
I would absolutely love a copy of the book, though I'll join the chorus of those amazed that you'd part with it.
There are not nearly enough people vying for this book! ^^ I shall join this throng and hope wildly! Thank you for giving it away, whoever gets it - I doubt I could part with it!
Oh, Oh I would be utterly thrilled to receive this in a drawing
I would dearly love an ARC, I'm just about to send you an email!
I would love an ARC. Nothing would make my fangirlish little heart swell with more joy.
I want it so bad. I'm a crazy fan of hers, I must admit and I lost at the other contest to get the book. June seems so far away. So, the book was good? I'm very excited now.
As for a reason for wanting it, Sarah is brilliant and I love getting my hands on her writing. I've been in withdrawals since she left the fandom for an actual career in writing.
Please?
I'm hoping that I'm not too late, but I'd love, love, love a copy of the ARC. Sarah is one of my favorite authors and I cannot wait for this newest work.
Thank you so much for spreading the ARC love with this opportunity. There aren't many people who would part with theirs once they got one!
I haven't read any of hers but this sounds good!
