Witness Impulse and Edelweiss gave me the opportunity to read this book for review (thank you).  It has been published so you can grab a copy now.

The winning story is about sitting at a stop sign and seeing your uncle killed by a stray bullet in a gang shooting.  The only problem is the essay is her cousin's and it was about her father.  While V I tries to straighten out teen jealousies and what's fair, she suddenly knows who the killer is.  But can she stop them without them stopping her?
