The Best Birthday Party Ever by Jennifer LaRue Huget

Do you have a little girl with a big imagination?  This book is for her!

Schwartz & Wade Books sent me a copy of this book for review (thank you).  It has already been published is waiting for you at your local bookstore.

This little one begins planning her party 5 months, 3 weeks, 2 days and 8 hours before it arrives.  She has the most fantastic imagination and the illustrator, LeUyen Pham, shows you that in big vibrant colors and graphics.

I think my favorite illustration in this book when the little girl and her dog go to sleep the night before her party; they both have beds and blankets which makes it so cute.

Her actual party might not quite be what she envisioned, but it's certainly all it should be.  Let your young ones laugh over her plans (hamsters as party favors?) and let them make plans for their own imaginary parties!

Happy reading.
