Oddly Normal Book 1 by Otis Frampton

It's her birthday but her parents are both so busy with each other, they ignore her.  She gets irritated and shouts "Why don't you just disappear!"  She finds herself on the ground.  Not only are her parents gone, so is the house...

When a relative shows up, she takes her home with her.  She lives in the town that Odddly's parents had warned her about.  But school there has all sorts of students even weirder than her and she likes it.  But there is more to come...
