The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle by Stuart Turton

Imagine waking up in a place you don't know wearing a body not your own.  Impossible?  Not in this story...

Sourcebooks/Landmarks sent me an ARC of this book to read for review (thank you).  It will be published September 18th.

This was a strange read.  He spends a day in each of his hosts trying to determine who is killing Evelyn.  Everyday it starts again with Evelyn alive.  As he does this, he has to work hard at holding on to his own identity.  The longer it's submerged, the harder it is.

Then there's the mysterious Anna he's searching for who doesn't want to be found.  Can he find her and solve the mystery?

The further the story goes, the more confusing it gets.  This author has a very complex mind and likes to challenge yours.  I never saw this ending coming...
