Old MacDonald Had a Farm, The Princess and the Pea, The Little Golden Book of Jokes and Riddles

Today I am spotlighting three little Golden Books being brought out in a new edition.  Little Golden Books are great for small hands and the stories are short so they are fun to read, over and over.

Random House Children's Books sent me these three to review (thank you).  I always enjoy reading these.  You can find them now at your local bookstore.

The Jokes and Riddles book is fully of silly jokes and easy riddles.  The Princess gets all bruised from sleeping on a pea buried twenty mattresses below.  Old MacDonald is my favorite, though.  He looks like he's confused and has lost his mind throughout the story.  His expression made me smile.

Why not share some of these treasures with your young ones?  Many adults still have copies of the little Golden Books they read as a child.  Your child might decide to keep theirs also.

Happy reading.
