Demon Hunting in a Dive Bar by Lexi George

Beck gets lots of odd customers in her bar because she caters to the demonoid world, but finding a demon hunter in front of her makes her a bit nervous.  All are welcome, but why is he here?

Brava, a division of Kensington Publishing, sent me an ARC of this story for review (thank you).  It was published in February, so you can purchase a copy at your local bookstore now.

I love this series.  The demon hunters are always strong, lean, and handsome.  The women they run into want to hate them but find themselves attracted anyway.  With good banter,  kick-butt action, and both of them trying to fight attraction, the books read fast and very enjoyable.

Conal is the captain of the demon hunters and has no time for a woman in his life.  He's also never been in love and finds his subordinates acting silly with their new loves startling.  Then he meets Beck.  Beck knows how to fight demons, too.  That's good because she's just about to meet a brother she never knew she had and he's involved with demons.

This book would be R-rated, so be prepared for a few sex scenes and some innuendo.  It's done in a manner that doesn't over-ride the story and just makes it bit more exciting for me.

Why hang for a bit in Beck's bar and see what you can see?  You'll be amazed, I'm sure.

Happy reading.
