How to Catch a Dino Thief by Will Dare, Mariano Epelbaum

Have you ever wanted to ride a dinosaur?  If so, this book is for you.  Even if you NEVER wanted to ride one, this is a very fun story to read!

Sourcebooks Jabberwocky and Edelweiss gave me the opportunity to read this book for review (thank you).  It will be published October 3rd.

Josh has his own dinosaur ride named Charge.  He's sleeping one night when a lot of noise wakes him up.  It's a twister coming in and he races out to find the animals and get them away from the barn.  He finds his mom and dad hanging onto the barn roof trying to keep the roof on.  Josh has to ride Charge out and herd the animals into a safe field.  When he turns to head home, he finds pieces of the barn flying around him.  The twister won and got the barn.  There's not even enough wood left to rebuild...

Then a con man starts coming around trying to buy the ranch.  Josh knows no one wants to sell but they lost all their crops as well as the barn and there's no money.  He decides to make some money of his own.  After all, they're offering a $500 reward for the Blood Claw Bandit.  Can he and his friends set a trap for the bandit?  They do but the bandit doesn't take the bait. If Josh can't capture the bandit, they'll lose the farm...

One thing about Josh.  He's smarter than he looks.  When the bandit steals his dino, he starts brainstorming and getting serious.  After all, it's personal now.
