Henry Whiskers is off on another adventure. His mother has forbidden it but he found this map, you see. His dad drew it and there's an X marked on it. Maybe it's something important...
Aladdin and Edelweiss allowed me to read this book for review (thank you). It will be published August 29th.
I love this series. Henry doesn't mind taking chances, love seeing the sights, and has a partner in crime, Jeremy. When he goes to find Jeremy, his cousin, he encounters the house cat. While he and Jeremy are racing away from the cat, they get caught by the cook. She's a nice person that decides to rehome them in the park, away from the castle. That's good news and that's bad news. The map is of the park but Henry and Jeremy don't know where they are...
The story is full of adventure. With friendly field mice and a nasty dog, there's plenty of excitement. It even looks like Henry might have met a new love interest.
What Henry finds is that the X marked his father's diary. He's taking that home and will read it by himself first. I just know he's going to find more things to explore. He's an exciting mouse!
