This is sad story. Ed is asked by his wife to locate a man. He's ready to say no until the little girl dying of cancer asks him. He says yes.

The man who is hiding had a blog where he criticized cops and complained about things that other people thought were outrageous, too. The cops will kill him if they find him.
Then they find a dead cop and think he's killed him.
Ed starts trying to find him to tell him about his daughter. He gets beat up, shot at, and injured but he doesn't give up.
Will he find him?
