A Field Guide to Murder & Fly Fishing: Stories by Tim Weed

This is an eclectic collection of stories by Tim Weed.  You travel the world, meet odd people, and wonder about the implication of the story.  I found it to be an interesting read.  You might want to savor the stories a bit instead of a steady read through.

The author sent me an ARC of this to read for review (thank you).  It is being published today.

All of the stories are unique and impressive.  I have two I want to feature in this review because they really appealed to me.

The first is:  The Afternoon Client.  Have you ever had a customer who knew better than you did about everything and liked to lord it over you?  This fishing boat guide had an excellent idea for taking care of this situation...

The other is: Keepers.  Have you ever done something you knew was stupid?  Did you live through it?

These stories will make you think.  I enjoyed how well he portrayed people's emotions and reactions.  He's someone who has seen something of life.
