Poe and Lars by Kashelle Gourley, Skylar Hogan (Illustrated by)


Poe lives alone in Arctic.  She misses having someone to talk to.  When an earthquake makes her ice house fall apart, she finds a big polar bear in front of her.

Simon & Schuster and Edelweiss let me read this book for review (thank you).  It will be published October 5th.

He's big but she's not scared.  At least until he tries to eat her.  Then she punches him.

They make a deal.  He'll build her house again if she feeds him.  Is this going to work?
