Wellies are boots. River is a little girl. She puts on a pair and then goes adventuring with them.
She has a good time but the wellies worry about her. When they get to where they are going, there are all kinds of wellies there.
One of those there gives them some mud and tells them to put on her and she'll forget about this night.
