This was an enticing book.

There are several deaths to solve.  Sara works on it.

They have drugs, men captives, pregnant women, and more.

If Sara doesn't watch it she will be in jail.

It amazed me who directed the killing.  Do you think you can figure it out?

It keeps you occupied and and it isn't until near the end of the book that you find out who is guilty!

Two men died.  One in her bookshop.  Flora wants to find the killer.

Unfortunately, the coroner said they died of heart attacks,  Flora doesn't believe that.

She keeps looking and is getting closer to the truth when she is trapped in a priest hole.

Her friend, Jack, discovers the priest hole from a young boy and manages to get her out.

The treasure they were looking for is just paste 400 years later.

The bad boys go to jail.

Flora is recovering and thinks a lot of Jack.

It takes a lot of questions and the cops agree to take the men in.

It wasn't the most exciting but it was a good read.

She asks lots of questions and many people lie to her.  She finally gets on the right track.

It's not clear who killed the man because there are so many suspects.

At the end she finally finds the killer. I think it will surprise you!

This was an interesting book.  I've been to Texas and visited many of the places mentioned.

It's a Wide Eyes Edition and it is very educational.  It has been published and you can get a copy now.

This is non-fiction and tells you all about the state, it's animals, it's flowers and more.

I found it interesting and a good way to help little ones understand.

It has lots of sentences all over the page with info about Texas.

I think little ones will enjoy reading this, even if it takes more than one day....

This was an interesting read.  We meet Buz when he is a cub and watch him learn things.  He doesn't do so well in the beginning but he learns and soon has friends.

This was an interesting book.  It is a graphic novel and has been published.

Two girls are friends and they go through a lot together.  

One even managed to marry.

The neighborhood changes and so do the girls.

It is a fascinating book.

Fox Rules by Melissa Winn


This was a fun book to read.  The fox shows all the things he knows.

Kindle let me read me read this as well as the author.  It was published in April so you can get a copy now.

He tells you to sleep well, eat breakfast, exercise and more.  It's easy to read and has good lessons.

Children will love it!

This is a mystery about a boy who was found in the pool unconscious.  Someone hit him.

These are kids that have gone to school together for a long time.  A few of them want to find out who hurt the boy.  They ask questions, try not to fight, and the boy in in the hospital died.

Who could have hurt him?

I never found the  killer until the end of the book.  Can you find them sooner?

This was fun book to read.  He was picking flowers for his mom when all of sudden they were gone.

What took his flowers was a dinosaur.  A BIG dinosaur. 

He jumps on his tail and they go into a tunnel where even more dinosaurs live.  He has a good time until he realizes how late it is.  Then he heads for home...

His mom was looking for him and they are reunited.

Little ones will enjoy the dinosaurs.

This was a fun book to read.
  All the dragons have have fire but one...

Helen Wu let me read this book and I'm doing a review on it.  It was published already.

Long has water, not fire in his body.  At Dragon School, he watches the others use their fire.  When his teacher notices him he confesses he's not a fire dragon.  She gives him a pumpkin and he tries to cook it with steam.  He succeeds.  He can do dessert!

The illustrations are great and it is a nice story.  

Your little one will love it!

Her mother lives in a poor section of town, but she finds her.  She also finds an old lady that thinks she's wonderful.  She leaves the window open for her and they live happily together.

She goes in the woods and gets him yarrow for his upset tummy.  Then the woman that owns the woods finds her.  She's old but Juniper tries to say why she took some flowers.

Her friend she had won't speak to her and tells her to stay away.  Town is hard to adjust to.
