Froggy Picks a Pumpkin by Jonathan London, Frank Remkiewicz (Illustrated by)

Froggy can't wait to pick a pumpkin.  He can already taste the pumpkin pie!

Viking Books For Young Readers and Edelweiss allowed me to read this book for review (thank you).  It will be published August 27th.

They are giving prizes for the biggest, smallest, and prettiest pumpkin.  There are all kinds of pumpkins and Freddy checks them all out.  He chooses a big one but when he goes to carry it up, he drops it.  It's a big mess on the ground.  So much for a prize for him.  But they surprise him by giving him a ribbon for the ugliest pumpkin...
