Monkey in the Middle: An Amos Walker Mystery by Loren D. Estleman

Amos has a tough case here.  He has the FBI after the woman he's trying to find. Two of his resources are old and dying.  And he has no clues...

Forge Books and Edelweiss let me read this book for review (thank you).  It has been published and you can get a copy now.

Amos is determined to find the woman and he doesn't give up.  He succeeds but he doesn't realize he is being tracked by microchips.

The trail gets worse as it goes along.  One man dies, the enemies are right on his tail, the people he's trying to protect aren't cooperating.

Will he be successful, or will this case stump him?
