The Many Daughters of Afong Moy by Jamie Ford

You read about a variety of daughters and their children.  The story is not uplifting.  It's about Asian people and some bad things happen to them.

Atria books sent me an ARC of this book to read for review (thank you).  It will be published June 22nd.

You move between years as you read the chapters.  Some are early years; others are years ahead.

The stories keep you reading to see what is going to happen next.  You'll learn about Asian tradition, strong women, and more.

It was interesting.
