Butterflies in Me by Denisha Seals

When you are young, you have fears.  To overcome them you may need some help.

BoysTown Press sent me an ARC of this book to read for review (thank you).  It has been published and you can get a copy now.

There are five stories here that explain why a child feels like they do and gives them tips in how to make things better.  The stories are good and include many nationalities.  It can be hard for a child to go to school in the states with children they never met before.

Mental health is something that not all parents know how to deal with.  These stories make a good start.
